It is a great pleasure to welcome You to the XX Polish-German-Czech Symposium "Modern Aspects of Nephrology and Hypertension" from September 18 to 20, 2014, in Wrocław, Poland. The anniversary Symposium will be organized by the Department of Nephrology and Transplantation Medicine and the Lower Silesian Division of the Polish Society of Nephrology. The scientific programme of the Symposium will address the latest advances in basic and clinical research in primary and secondary kidney diseases, hypertension, dialysis and renal transplantation.

The topics will also be discussed during the Young Investigators Forum, a panel of short oral presentations of original research, also accompanied by a poster session. The best Young Investigators Forum researches will be awarded by the Organizing Committee.
